Finally, the showcase is over. Feeling so much relieved right now.

I really hope you did enjoy the show. The band was superb, and it’s the “coolest” show I’ve ever done.

One Night in P.M.C.

Every Wednesday night, the one and only entertainment in Changlun, Pasar Malam Changlun. Some U.U.M students known it as P.M.C, coz it sounds more classy. (PS: It’s not medical centre, don’t get me wrong) Hehehe… And it’s just a hundred steps from my house.

Nothing’s really changed since the last 10 years. The price of the food, the location of the stalls including the blind man’s corner, and the taste of the food, still very original kampung taste, where I couldn’t find in any other places.

“Teko sebiji RM1.50!!”

Finally, I found something new in pasar malam, ice-blended milk shake.

And the kites.

每逢星期三，樟仑唯一的娱乐，樟仑夜市场，北大生都称它为PMC，因为听起来比较有气质嘛！（可不是所谓的医院medical centre，大家不要搞错）地点:就在我家附近。

我发现这10年以来好像都没什么太大的改变，包括食物的价格，摊位的位置，连盲人唱歌的角落也还是在那里，还有食物的味道，感觉仍然保持着最原始的家乡味。

唯一的新产品，就是这一个ice blended milk shake，还有新一代的风筝。

My CNY Holiday Activities: Harvesting.

我的新年假期活动基本上跟大家一样是拿红包、吃饱了睡，睡饱了吃之外，我还帮我妈“收割”。因为老家的院子长满了好多小辣椒。

让我觉得很惊讶的是，我妈说，每两三天都可以采到这么多的小辣椒，因为很快的又会长出来了。

除此之外，其实还有很多其他的蔬菜水果，有羊角豆、kacang botol、柠檬草、香蕉、所谓的money菜，还有很多叫不出名字的东东。。。

而最宝贵的，应该就是这一个，据说只有“山芭”才可以找到的野果，洛神花（Roselle）。预知详情可以找找百科全书。

小时候，妈妈都会把它煮成糖水，喝了可以退热，也含有很高的维他命C。而且喝起来感觉就像葡萄汁一样，很好喝。

真的很高兴可以好好放个假回乡过年。接着再跟大家分享我在乡过年的趣事。在此，祝大家2009有个丰收年，Happy 牛 Year！

My CNY Holiday activities, other than collecting ang pow, eat and sleep, sleep and eat… like everyone, I’m also helping my mum to harvest her CILI PADI at her mini-farm at the backyard of my Changlun’s house. I was quite surprise that my mum told me, she can get that much chilies every 2 - 3 days, and it grows back really fast. Hooo…

Other than that, there are also some other fruites and vegetables, like ladies finger, kacang botol, serai, so call money-vege? And lots of things that I can’t even name it.

And one of the most valuable plant, that I think can be only found in jungle is this, Roselle. Find out more in Encyclopedia. We used to drink the juice most of the time when we were small, and it taste really good, like ribena.

2008 娱协奖

好久没写了，突然词穷，不知写什么好。不过真的很开心“万年烽火”获得了娱协奖10大原创金曲，这其实对我来说意义非凡。因为一直以来我都好想尝试一些较另类，较音乐性的歌曲。而且，做这首歌时原本只是想”syiok sendiri”而已，却没想到会以这首歌夺下了一座小金人。

当晚，我真的感激，感谢娱协和所有媒体让“万年烽火”有个出头天的机会，感谢黄威尔写了这么棒的歌曲，希望我们可以再有合作的机会，感谢唱片公司SONYBMG让我冒险尝试这么另类的曲风，感谢这首歌的编曲兼制作人乃刚老师编了这么棒的音乐，也让我自由去发挥这首歌，然后要感谢我的声乐老师让我现场表现没有出丑。。。最后一定要感谢一路走来都没有放弃支持我的爸爸妈妈和兄弟姐妹们，一起做音乐的朋友，还有我最敬爱的歌迷们。。。

谢谢你们。

但很遗憾的，为什么我写的“随意门”连入闱的机会都没有呢？

Anyway，我还是很希望大家会留意我专辑里其他的非主打歌，因为都是我真正喜欢的歌曲。

Haven’t been writing for some time, don’t know what to write. But, I’m so happy that “WanNianFengHuo” (Devastation) has won a PWH Award. It’s even more meaningful than everything for me. Because it’s been my wish to try some alternative music. And we thought we are doing this song just to “syiok sendiri” only. Unexpectedly, the song was awarded a Golden Man.

I was feeling so grateful that night, thanks to PWH and the media for giving “WanNianFengHuo” a chance of glam, thanks to Will for writing this fantastic song and I wish we will work together again, thanks to my recording label SONYBMG for risking their investment to let me try some alternative music, thanks to the producer-arranger NaiKong for creating this track and giving me freedom to improvise the song, thanks to my vocal teacher for making me singing this song LIVE… Finally I must thank my mum and dad that has been supporting me all the way anytime, anywhere, my brother and sisters, friends that doing music together, and also my loving and respected fans, Pinkies.

Thank you so much.

But still, I’m lil’ bit upset, why my composition “SuiYiMen” (Portal) was not even nominated???

Anyway, I still wish that all of you will really listen to other tracks from my album, because they are the songs that I really like too.

Tomorrow’s Gonna be a BIG Day

好多朋友在电台听到我的新歌“我的志愿”，都说好喜欢这首歌，真的很开心。不过我告诉你，看了MV再听更好听。

明天将会是我非常重要的大日子，除了新歌MV首播之外，也是我第一次发我个人 karaoke DVD，“分享”的首卖会，之外还有件大件事要正式宣布的。想知道会宣布什么，就得等明天啦！

今天看到了这张DVD成品之后，心里其实觉得特别的感动，感觉就好像一份“毕业纪念册”，记载着我这三年来的努力和蜕变，还有跟歌迷们一起度过的美好回忆。所以我觉得这是张值得跟大家分享的纪念辑。

希望你们明天会出席支持。

Lots of my friends heard the song “My Ambition” from the radio, and so happy that they like it so much. But I tell you what, you will like it even more after watching the music video.

Tomorrow’s gonna be a BIG day for me, not just a premier for my new music video, it’s also the launch of my very first Karaoke DVD, “Sharing”. And other than that, there will be a big announcement to make as well. Wanna know what it’s all about? Just wait for it.

The moment I got this DVD, I was so touched to see all the content that gave me a lot of memories. It’s just like a graduation scrapbook that compiled all my efforts and my changes through the past 3 years, and the sweet memories that I had with my fans. So I really think it is a great collective DVD that we could share together.

Violin Duel

Merdeka! Merdeka!!!

8月30日演出成功，真的超开心！感谢蔡同学跟我一起飙琴。

真难得，我们有机会再次合作，所以我想这一次不要只是唱了，既然大家都热爱音乐，更要争取这样的机会，不如就来飙一飙琴。

原本是想说一人弹钢琴，一人弹吉他，但觉得这样的搭配好像也只适合唱些抒情歌曲，而且在这样的舞台也不太方便吧！所以我们决定了要“小”乐器，而小提琴就是最好的选择了。

选了表演方式之后，最头痛的，就是要自己编小提琴合奏的部分！间中是被reject了好几次，也改了好多次，偶尔还会有点想放弃的感觉，不过最终编出来的东西大家都蛮满意。

歌曲编好了，却没有时间一起练习，所以大家都是各练各的。表演的前几天，忙碌的蔡同学也只有一个小时的时间和我练习，而第二次练习就是当天的彩排。

不过这是一个很好的考验，让我们把这首重新编曲的梦不落帝国，以小提琴合奏秀给大家！大家觉得如何呢？

A successful performance for the Merdeka Eve Countdown show with Evan Yo on 30th of August. Thank you Evan for joinning me in this Violin Duel Battle performance.
It’s not easy to get a chance to work together again, so I really think that we shouldn’t just sing, since we love music so much, we should have an instrumental jamming session.

At first we thought wanna play piano and guitar, but combination seems to be more suitable for slow song, and bringing piano and guitar on stage it’s quite troublesome too. So we decided to play something “small”, violin.

After decided the instruments, the most heacached part is to create the violin duet part. It’s been rejected for a few times, and I’ve rearranged it again and again, till I almost gave up. But finally I’ve made it and everybody was quite happy with it.

The music arranging was done, but we got no time to practice together. Few days before the show, Evan was busy with his schedule, and he could only have 1 hour to practice with me, then on the day itself for the second practice.

But it was a great challenge for the both of us to perform the song. So, what do you think?

Go Go Go with Wildlife

The TV program, Go Go Go has given us a great experience at Malaysia’s very famous wildlife interactive zoo in Sunway. There are a lot of cute and scary animals.

The monkey was very naughty, she likes guys, and hate girls! My Gosh, what a monkey!!! She likes to play whatever accessories that I had on my body, my chain, my ring, then she broke my tiger eye bracelet, and put one in her mouth. Luckily she didn’t swallow it.

And I can’t believe that I am meeting snakes again. And that was part of the game…

电视节目Go Go Go带了我们到马来西亚著名的双威野生动物园去“体验野生生活”。那里有好多好可爱，还有好恐怖的动物。

有一只好顽皮的猴子，她只喜欢男生，不喜欢女生！天啊，连猴子都会挑！然后她很爱玩我身上带的饰品，又拉我的链，又玩我的戒指，又把我的虎眼石水晶链拔断了，还把她放到嘴巴里，真难搞！幸好没把它吞下去。

最后真的难以相信，我又遇到蛇了！

好多话要说。。。

最近在忙一堆琐碎事，已经堆着好几天要写的东西，还没有时间整理。现在总算可以抽出时间写点东西。

其实已经过了好几个星期，不过还是想分享我的心情。

上两个星期，在金河广场的飞跃娱乐最yeah榜颁奖典礼，捧了两个奖回家，真的好开心。开心不只是因为拿奖，反而看别人拿奖也很开心。我在台下只是笑口常开，甚至还捧腹大笑，因为真的太搞笑了，整个颁奖典礼也好精彩。妹说的没错，马来西亚原来真的有娱乐圈。

最后，还是要谢谢所有支持我的每一个人，谢谢你们！

隔天，在Mahkota Parade的宣传活动里也很开心，看到好多马六甲的歌迷，不过好像也有很多是外地来的唷！谢谢你们捧场哦。当天也发生了一个小小状况，有个小弟弟在台上摔倒，希望他没事。

签唱会结束后，我们到马六甲的红屋那里去逛一逛，还跟那里的游客拍照，之后看到很有趣的东西。。。

哈哈！感谢养蛇的老板让我免费跟他的蛇拍照。

有没有很可爱呢？？？

好啦，还有很多话要说，不过先在此停笔，因为要准备明天到槟城去，所以再向大家报告咯。。。

Finally, I’m blogging again. There’s just so much thing I wanted to blog, but I just can’t find some time to do yet…

It’s been 2 weeks, but still I wanna say thank you so much for the 2 BIG and HEAVY awards, I was so happy at YEAH! Awards at Sg Wang Plaza that night. And the whole show was so funny, I was like laughing from the beginning till the end. May was right, really there is an entertainment cirlcle in Malaysia.

Day after that, I went to Mahkota Parade for my promo tour, and I was happy to see all my fans there, and I’m sure there are fans from other places as well. Thanks for coming to support my album. And there was a tiny lil’ accident that day, a little boy fell down on the stage, PS: it’s not fell down from the stage, shouldn’t that bad, but hope that he’s fine…

After that we went to Malacca old town and take some pictures. Then I saw something very interesting!!!

Hehe… Thanks to the boss for letting taking picture with the snake for FREE!!! Isn’t it cute?

Alright, there’s still a lot thing wanna blog, but gotta stop right here today, and get ready for tomorrow’s trip to Penang.

拔牙记

啊！今天牙龈好痛，上了通告之后，马上就想打电话，跟牙医预约一天检查牙齿。结果，医生的时间都很满了，也不建议再拖，就说：不如你马上来吧！他会安排我最后一个。

好，我马上就去。

医生检查了之后，说我的左上角的智慧牙很大颗，压到另一边的牙龈，导致牙龈红肿。所以医生说，最好马上拔掉！但是我完全没有心理准备，也不知道原来自己那么有“智慧”，真的没想到我的智慧牙在我不知不觉中早已茁壮成长了。不过，没有心理准备也好，就不用失眠几天再去拔。所以我决定了。

就在20分钟以内，搞定了！

想起来，其实拔牙并没有那么恐怖，也没那么痛啊！只是前奏会让人有点紧张而已。最恐怖的应该是看到拔出来的牙齿吧！你想看吗？

Ouch! My gums just feel so painful today. Immediately after my assignment, I called my dentist to make appointment, see whether I can go and check out my teeth in this few days. But the doctor’s schedule are really packed! And he suggested me not to wait anymore, so he asked me to go today, and he’ll arrange me as the last patient.

So, I went…

After checking my teeth, doctor said my upper left wisdom tooth was too big, and it actually caused the lower gums pain. So he asked to pull it off immediatelly. Well…………. I wasn’t that prepared today, and I didn’t know that I’m that wise to be wisdom to have that BIG wisdom tooth. But, it’s good to be unprepared, coz there’s no point to be prepared to make yourself nervous. So I have made my decision, let’s do it!

Just within 20 minutes, done!

Actually it’s not that scary, and it’s neither that painful, you might only feel a bit nervous at first. But I think the scariest part is, to see the tooth itself. Hahaha… Click the thumbnail above, if you dare to…

我的生日。

1st of July 2008, my 26th birthday. And I’m right now…

Hey, I’m not clubbing, but I’m working, on my birthday. Not as Dj of course, even the scene just looks like I’m having fun in the club, Haha… But I’m actually doing a rehearsal in RTM Auditorium. And surprisingly, they have FREE Wifi. So, it’s not boring at all, and I’m still having fun on my working birthday, and blogging too.

Anyway, just wanna say thanks for all your presents, wishes, and the unforgettable birthday partiesss for my 26th birthday. Feeling kinda not-that-young anymore, but still figure out what’s my future gonna be. But I’m really happy that journey of my life are full of loves and blessed because of all you, my fans, my friends, and my family.

Thanks for all the beautiful pictures that you have painted for me.

2008年7月1日，我26岁了。而现在，我并不是在泡夜店，也不是当Dj，我在工作，正在RTM彩排明天的演出。很惊讶这里竟然有免费无线上网系统。所以工作的生日一点也不无聊，还可以写部落格。

同时也感谢大家的礼物，祝福，还有很多难忘的生日派对。今年26了，感觉有点。。。老了，不过对自己的未来其实还是有点模糊。但是很开心，在我的生活的路途上，充满着爱与祝福，因为有你，有我的歌迷，我的朋友，还有我的家人。

感谢你们在我的记忆里画满了很多漂亮的照片。
