刚跟宝贝换了新的吉他玄，因为这星期六要跟它一起表演，而且这一次除了自弹自唱，我也尝试挑战Eric黄韵仁老师为“流行性感冒”编写的吉他solo。结果因为练的太激烈了，不小心弄断指甲！！

不过不用担心，再多练习一下就ok的啦！希望当天的表演不会出糗。也希望可以看到你们。。。

1月9日，晚上7:30，在Puchong IOI Mall的Sense Cafe。

Just helped my baby to change a new pair of guitar strings, because she’ll be performing with me this Saturday. And this time, other than just play and sing, I’m challenging myself to play the guitar solo that Master Eric arranged in the song “LiuXingXingGanMao” (Flu). And Gosh! I broke my nail!!

But not to worry, just several more practice will definitely help. Hopefully everything will be going well, and I really hope that I can see you too…

终于，

戴了人生的第一副隐形眼镜。。。（别误会这不是WALL-E）

其实很久以前已经很想试一试，因为常看妈妈戴的时候，都觉得很好奇到底把自己的手指插进眼睛是什么感觉。

今天碰巧有个朋友说他要去拿隐形眼镜，我就想，不如也去试一下。结果他们介绍了我“大眼珠”效果的，因为看起来眼睛比较有神。

试了一下，我终于明白，所谓把手指插进眼睛的感觉，原来需要换取这么多的眼泪！而且我想我应该花了半小时的时间，终于才把这隐形眼镜戴上去。

果然比较有神。。。

刚开始感觉有点痒痒的，不过戴了几个小时后，真的就没有感觉了。反而担心会忘了把它脱下来。

I think it’s been about 2 decades, I know about this. And I might be one of the early birds who know this too, ‘coz my mum has been wearing this for like more than 10 years. And now the technology has been so sophisticated until we don’t really even need this anymore.

wear my first ever pair of contact lenses… (It’s not WALL-E anyway)

All the while I have thought of wanted to try, ‘coz I always been very curious how my mum actually wearing it like poking her eyes with her finger. And a lot of my friends are wearing contact lens too, and they always say I don’t understand how they feel of wearing it.

And today, it’s so happen that my friend wanted to collect her contact lens, then I was thinking, maybe I should try one too. And they introduce me this, BIG EYE effect lens, ‘coz it will make my eyes look more refreshing.

After trying it, now I know “poking” your finger into your own eyes has costed how much tears!!! I think I have spent about half an hour, to really put them into my eyes.

It was a bit itchy at first, but after a few hours I don’t feel it anymore, and it’s just so comfortable till I’m so worry that I might forget to remove it.

PS: I think it makes me look like Puss in Boots too.

从吉隆坡到印度的旅程，我在飞机上看了这一部电影《Julie & Julia》。

不知怎么解释，就是一部故事简单，却很感人的一部片子。述说一个年过30的Julie，过着一成不变的生活，无聊的秘书工作，生活没有目标，然而在阅读传奇女厨师Julia的美食著作后，决定师法Julia，用一年时间，每天按照食谱书《Mastering the Art of French Cooking》做菜，并把烹饪成果连同她的城市爱情生活公布在部落格上，从此让她的生活有了改变。

看了这部电影，我突然觉得好想好好的写写部落格，就像她一样，说说自己生活上的事物，像对自己聊天的感觉一样，跟大家聊聊天。

《Julie & Julia》I was watching this movie on the plane from KL to India.

I dunno how to explain what’s the movie about, it’s simple, but yet very touching. It’s about Julie, a 30-year-old working woman, living in a boring life as a secretary, and has no goal of life. While after reading the book by the cooking legend, Julia Child’s《Mastering the Art of French Cooking》, she decided to challenge herself to cook all the recipes in the book within 1 year, and blogged about her cooking and her city love life. From then her life changed.

And the movie just inspired me that I should just blog, just like her, everything about herself in her life. And writing it like talking to herself and everybody, talking about passion, ambition, and maybe butter…

6天的印度之旅，我们去探访了好多家庭，拍了好多照片，有好多故事好想跟大家分享。

对不起，久等了。。。

很多时候，我不开心，
常抱怨，不想做这个，不想做那个，
可是，自己到底想做什么，
自己常常都不到答案。
所以我选择了沉默。

沉淀的这一段时间，
我去了好几个地方，
尝试了很多东西，了解了很多事情。
尝试去听，去了解各国的音乐乐坛，
尝试去了解自己的弱点和能力，
甚至去尝试了PK失败的滋味，
经历了，我才了解这原理，“决定，尝试，失败，学会”。。。

虽然现在我不确定自己真正要的是什么，
但至少我知道，决定，尝试，失败，就会学会。
所以，
我尝试自己写歌，
尝试自己去跟制作人音乐人要求自己的东西，
甚至尝试自己去当制作人音乐人。

这一次，我选择了这一个大转变，
或许会失败，或许会成功。

大家拭目以待，很快的我将会带着我的新作品跟大家见面…

I know it’s been a long long hibernation,
But I guess I’m now feeling much clearer and stronger,
And feeling ready to face the War of Music!

Sorry to keep you waiting…

Sometimes, I’m not happy,
and have been complaining,
I don’t wanna do this, I don’t wanna do that,
But, I don’t even know what I really want.
So I ended up keep it to myself.

During this few months,
I’ve been to many places,
I tried and learned a lot of things.
I tried to listen and understand the music scene of other countries,
I tried to know my weakness and my strength,
I even tried and experienced the failure of PK in Taiwan.
From that, I understand that, I decide, I try, I fail, and I learn.

Even now I don’t know what’s the best for me,
but at I know, I decide, I try, I fail, and I’ll learn.
So, I tried to compose,
I tried to deal with the producers and musicians for what I want,
I even tried to be the producer and the musician as well.

This time, I’ve decided this big transformation,
It could be a failure, it could be a BOOM.
