Although I may not understand your blog but reading through this translation, I hope you are gradually adapting and adjusting your system back to healthy routine of rest. I also hope that you are well and fully recovered from your the recent bout of flu. Rest and eat well, and try to retire to bed early....early to bed, early to rise makes a person, healthy, chirpy and wise!! :)
